Best customer service ever! My husband and I were delivering a load close to Tai Chi Bubble Tea, so I made him drive his truck to this place, and it was well worth it! The girls were so lovely and patient. I wanted to try something different, and she recommended the brown sugar flavor, but I didn't like the bubble. She was so nice; she allowed me to try a different bubble, and then she remade my drink with that bubble.
We were delivering from NJ, and that’s not the type of customer service you get in NJ. I was grateful for their outstanding customer service.

The Miso Ramen is to die for. It's delicious while still being very protein packed. Every part compliments each other very well! The Rose Peach Milk Tea was delicious along with the passion fruit lemon green tea. The atmosphere was very calming and the staff were extremely polite and friendly

The first time I had the tapioca pearls in a regular tea and they were okay initially. The other pearls had different flavors and a satisfying pop. I had them in a "milk" tea which I was told is non-dairy.

I've been obsessed with their Salmonopoly bowl for years and I go to both this location and their one in College Town. But today's visit was made extra special by the sweet girl working the cash register. My receipt says my server was Cyann so hopefully that's right, but she was just so friendly and made my lunch stop extra special. Thanks for the wonderful service and great food! The restaurant also seemed extra clean today which was appreciated.

The milk boba tea was great! Second time being here and ordered a tai chi rice bowl. The portion was great and the rice bowl tasted very fresh!

The sushi boxes are bright and colorful and good value for the quality and variety of ingredients you can load in there. I order my sauce on the side so that my meal doesn't get weighed down. The coconut milk tea is delicious. Always very happy to eat here!

Love the bubble tea here and definitely the best place to get bubble tea in Rochester. The fruit teas are great and I love that I can customize the sugar and ice levels. The ramen is also pretty good here and the packaging on it with to-go order is smart so you don't have to worry about soggy noodles when you drive. They have smoothies, milk tea, hot tea, cold tea, fruit infused tea and a bunch more- I've tried a lot of things here and have never been disappointed. If you don't like the tapicoca boba, try the popping boba instead!
