I have several food allergies and felt so safe and taken care of by Brandy! Everything was so delicious, and they did an amazing job adapting the meal so it would be safe for me, which didn't compromise the taste. Brandy was very attentive and friendly, and definitely added to our amazing anniversary dinner!

Alyssa and Erica were the absolute best. The food was great as well. Alyssa and Erica went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When it was time to go Alyssa brought out literally everything needed to take our food home and everything we asked for she made sure we got it. Five star for sure. Thanks ladies

Brandi was our server and she was professional, attentive and friendly. She kept checking to assist us with anything we needed. It’s not often you get great customer service like we had tonight. More importantly, we were there to celebrate a birthday, so thank you Brandi for the outstanding service you provided!

Not sure how I almost gave up on Outback Steakhouse!!! Somehow made it up there after a minute and boy!!!!! food was too great. Guess I got inspired by someone's review and gave it a shot. Can't go wrong FAM. The b4 and after pics says it all.

Brandy was the ABSOLUTE BEST! From start to finish she created a wonderful experience and atmosphere for my mom and I. We even noticed her going out of her way to calm down a little boy and move him to another part of the restaurant he wanted to eat at- so sweet! She even left us a little thank you note with our bill. She was wonderful and I’d love for her to be our server every time!

We had a lovely time at Outback! Brandi was our server, and so pleasant to be around. We will definitely visit another Outback in the future!

We had a great experience with our server Brandi. She went above and beyond for our family. Steaks were cooked perfect to order. Great value for a steak and lobster meal.

Brandi was amazing and by far one of the best servers I have ever had!!!! She even gave my daughter a special bracket for her birthday!

Our server Brandi was incredible. She was training another server and always made sure we were taken care of while also working with the new person. Amazing employee!

Had my birthday dinner there yesterday.. Was told it would be a 45 minute wait waited almost an hour and a 1/2 and then once seated we were given no silverware and once we got our appetizers still no silverware and was told they ran out so we had to eat our appetizers with our hands and no napkins and then when they finally did get us some silverware it was dirty And On top of that they messed up our orders and when they tried to fix them they were worse than our original orders and there was hair in my food. The waitress was very rude To one of my guess and slammed the check on the table and said that they could leave now. Worst experience ever will never go there again my family friends and boyfriend were very disappointed in the service. The manager was kind enough to comp our bill and Didn't charge us for drinks appetizers and the meals that were ruined.

I swear every time we go to this location I find hair in my food � I'm not saying the place is bad but suggesting maybe somebody should wear hairnets!! Although they do have the best lobster! So maybe I will continue to eat at the Henrietta location

Good food had the porter house tender and told waitress no spices on my steak Good job hate when chain restaurants kill a steak with all the salty crap on it Great job Outback ate it to the bone

Went to Outback yesterday and was really surprised with the experience. Had one of the best steaks (seasoned & cooked) along with an amazing lobster tail. I was definitely not expecting the food to be half as good as it was. It was better than most upscale places I've been, and half the cost

Our server dom was excellent my food was a little undercooked but the owner came right to me and apologized Dominic and the owner make sure that I got a fresh meal and even took the price off of the check I was very pleased with how the mishap was handled and will be returning in the future despite the minor problem

Everything was terrific. Steak cooked to perfection, server was great, lobster was cooked correctly. Best meal I have had in a long time.

I was recently at Outback with a large party. Everything was wonderful. Everyone in our group loved their meal and decadent deserts. Our server Brandi was adorable. So friendly and efficient...and I'm sure our party was a handful! Great job Outback! Great food ....great service! Will definitely return!!

Service was great,seated immediately,waitress friendly,attentive to your needs,food was excellent with the exception of over spiced steak. Forgot to warn son about. Way too must cracked pepper seasoning.. Overall excellent food though.

They where very accommodating for my son with autism who is a very picky eater. Are waitress was amazing and the food was delicious.

We ordered the Bloomin Onion, we couldn't eat it because itt was sooooo salty. Manager came over and was very nice. Of course they took it off the bill. My husband got prime rib, the crust of it was again sooo salty, he had to cut it off. I got a ribeye with a side of shrimp. The steak was good but the shrimp was so over cooked it was rubber and didn't even come out of the tail end.... for $70 not worth it.

"They are rolling the silverware". "They are rolling the silverware". So we have our appetizer, no napkins, no silverware. I spoke up to the crew of servers at the door, and low and beholder we got some wrapped silverware. The food was good, BUT the silverware issue totally uncalled for in a restaurant

First time I've ever been disappointed there. Our waiter, Jesse hardly came by to ask if everything was okay, he was too visiting with another customer. We had to flag him down to get drink refills, bread, butter and our blooming onions. The main course took forever, but that wasn't his fault. At the end of our meal we had to flag him down again for our check.

We went yesterday for my daughter's birthday. Wait wasn't to bad, however the table was very small for our group to eat comfortably. Waitress had to be reminded several times for drinks and I waited over 20 minutes for a simple cup of coffee because none had been made. Silverware was all dirty and table as well. Dinners were ok, but expensive for what we received. Not very happy for the cost. Not one we will revisit again.

Had to ask for napkins and utensils after being served our appetizer. Steak was more than well done and I didn't get my mushrooms until half way through eating it. Waitress didn't bother to check on us after our first bite but did give us dessert on the house, for forgetting to give me my mushrooms with my dinner. Have had better.

The cookie pie with caramel, tofee and icecream was a wonderful end to a wonderful meal. The Wallaby darned frozen peach drink is always a favorite. My 2 yr old loved the Mac and cheese and we enjoyed our entrees as well. Ribs and chicken and filet medallions with garlic and a sweet potatoe. Yum!

Our first time at an outback restaurant today. Just passing thru the area and decided to try it for lunch. Everyone was super nice from the hostess that seated us (I am so sorry that I am so horrible with names. She did tell us her name, I just can’t remember it). She had a very genuine smile, friendly, and a neat & tidy professional presentation. She was quietly singing to herself along with the overhead music which made it seem to me that she really enjoyed her job. Good to see that. We also had a terrific waitress named Stephanie. She was right on the ball. Drink refills before we even thought to ask. Checked on us just enough. If I ever had a restaurant she would be exactly what I would hope to have serving my customers. The food was really good too. Loved the steak tacos. Every ingredient was fresh. They were simple and tasty. Not crazy spicy which is perfect for me. Thanks outback!! You have great employees.

A goof friend of mine passed away this week. While on his death bed he craved a loaded baked potato from outback and only from outback. Family members made numerous calls to outback but they were not yet open and my friend didn't have much time left. Staff eventually got word of this and not only did they purposely alter their work schedules, they didn't charge the family for the food. My buddy got his tater and passed shortly after. Well done Outback and Thanks.

The service was amazing... the waiters/waitresses are running around working their butts off and very friendly all while doing it. My shrimp on the Barbie was delish. Although my steak was over cooked and tough... nice place.

My steak is always over cooked every time!!! Even when you send it back, it’s still not right!! Sad, but I will not be spending anymore money here!!!

I had a great dinner, everything was just amazing!! and they have the BEST Loaded baked potato soup in the whole WORLD!!!! Cant wait to go back! Oh and the service was first rate!!!! :)

I was sick to my stomach, vomiting, for 12 hours after I ate there Sunday night. My husband didn’t get sick so I’m thinking it’s the chicken I had. It’s the only thing my husband didn’t eat. Miss 2 days of work. I will be contacting them today. I can’t ever eat there again

I always enjoy the food at outback... I love the fresh hot bread n creamy butter French onion soup is the best I had fillet mignon that was perfect They had no coke or croutons that day� Waitress was OK , didn't seem like she liked her job but she was pretty busy Overall wanted to come back the next day but they were packed

Had a real nice time celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday with 9 people. Everyone enjoyed their food. Only complaint, everything was very salty.
