I have been here a couple of times....and each has been really great! If you are looking for Italian food in Rochester.....go see Nick.
Great Food with a pleasant atmosphere. The decor gives you a homey feel, with many photos of customers. Some of the older photos make you want to be related to the people in them. The Salad Bar is the Best one in the entire city. There's many sides, extras, and it has home made soups on it everyday. There are even main courses on certain days of the week. Then lastly there's the huge menu. My particular favorites are the French dishes. The French Sauce is thick, not runny, with a delicious robust flavor. The sauce is another favorite. Portion sizes will give you enough to take home and enjoy for another additional time. So come down see Nick, and have a little fun with the great servers that will make your entire dining experience magical.
Very good meal choices and a great antipasto bar. The flavors are good but a little underseasoned. Needs a little more salt and garlic in the red sauce. The place is very old school, but I like it. You get free pizza and bread with every meal.
Accommodated a 10 person party with no problem. We celebrated my son's birthday and the waitresses were great. Good to see Nick still whistling around. Delicious food and I'm glad to see the salad bar is back!
I've FINALLY ate at Nick's Seabreeze Inn. I've been wanting to eat here for the last 20 years. I could kick myself for not coming here sooner. I ordered the Seafood Fra Diavolo, and it was absolutely FANTASTIC. It's probably the BEST Fra Diavolo I've ever had. Our server, Tiana, was super friendly and helpful. She was also very attentive to our requests. I can't wait to bring my whole family here soon. I know they'll LOVE Nick's.
Drinks were strong. Food was fantastic. The complementary pizza bread and regular bread made the experience phenomenal.

Nick's Sea Breeze Inn is a privately owned pillar of the Sea Breeze community. A traditional Italian family restaurant serving scratch made dishes from pasta and chicken to seafood and steak. My wife had the Haddock French and I had the Ziti with Italian Sausage. Salad and seafood bisque starters. All wonderful. Our server, Michael, was knowledgeable and attentive. Try it. They "set the table with value. "
Our new favorite restaurant. I regret now trying it out sooner! The authentic Italian meals, bread and antipasto were excellent. Josh, our server, was attentive, friendly and personable. Already planning our next visit.
After a wonderful day on the boat we ended on a high note with a great Italian meal at Nick's. Truly impressed with the service and the quality of food. The scallops rate right up there with the best I've had. Thanks for the delishous meal!
I actually really liked this place. The service was awesome. We had a little wait but the staff was really attentive and multiple people were letting us know we weren't forgotten. The food was excellent too. I would very much recommend this place.
Atmosphere is everything you wish for when you walk in. The clams casino & Bread are on point as is the sauce! The italian dressing exceeds most as far as authentic goes! The Only disappointment is the face that the pizza is to go only. When we did try it I will say it’s #1 in the country!
