First timers. Each of the three of us loved the entrees we ordered (Turkey Reuben, grilled turkey sandwich, and Mac Attack burger). Chips were homemade and super fresh. Cole slaw was crisp and delicious, definitely worth the $1.50 substitution charge. Service was attentive and caring. We will definitely be returning. (Just FYI, there is a 3.5% surcharge for credit card transactions.)

I always love going here, doesn’t happen often but they do have some of the best staff and good strong drinks! They will take custom orders too, even if they don’t normally make the drink they’re willing to give it a shot! We love it!

The atmosphere is incredible, low lighting and soild colors. The music is nice and the service is great. I love the fire in front! The food is really well cooked. I have recently ordered the pizza from here, the pepperoni is thick and has a great taste and the cheese is nicely melted. Definitely a go to place! The picture includes the chocolate lasagna and a slice of the cookie cake

Highly recommended! The grilled turkey sandwich was delicious with sweet potato wedges lightly tossed in cinnamon sugar and honey to dip them in! Price point was spot on and very reasonable for what we got. The atmosphere was great, there were multiple tvs for various news/games/shows to be on at a time. The bar looked well stocked and the beer and wine selection has something for everyone. Service was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu as well.

These guys have amazing, delicious food! Their white chicken chili is to die for, as is their loaded grilled cheese and roast beef club sandwich! I've tried a bunch of their food and it's all been great! The owner behind the bar is friendly as is the other staff. Thursday night trivia is always a blast! Great atmosphere; they have a fire pit, seats and pretty lights out front and they keep thst going in winter as well as the summer. All around great time!

Hometown bar with a high class menu. Everything on the menu is great (believe me, I've tried it) and it's rare that I don't leave happy. The owner Mike is always around and working just as hard as his staff, and he's always game to tell you about the immense craft beer selection. The patio is beautiful and large enough that you don't feel cramped as you do at most places. The prices have jumped up a bit in recent times but it's still worth a visit to get a bite of the hash or the grilled wings (tiger sauce is the way to go). Great place and a mainstay of Panorama.

My husband & I stopped in the pour house for a late lunch today & I asked our favorite bartender Dan if they had any nutritional information pertaining to their menu because I recently started eating healthy & he went & talked to the cook. Danny the cook came out & asked if I would like him to make me a low fat dish of chicken piccata with steamed vegetables. This was literally the best chicken dish I've ever had! The pen field pour house has fantastic food & a great staff so, if you've never been there, you have to give them a try & I promise you won't be disappointed! Love this place!!

We went there to eat outside, there were bees swarming around us. Our server was not the best. We had to flag down 2 other servers to get more drinks. The food was very ok. Nothing like it was when it was Crummers.

The Penfield Pour House is fantastic! It's amped up bar food like their Bavarian Pretzels are out of this world. (not to mention the beer cheese). The meals like the scotch ale stew and Haccamo plate are delicious as well. It's a warm cozy place in the winter time. They do a nice job of supporting local Brewery's with their large selection of local beers on tap. Only thing I wish is that the beer wasn't as pricey. Love coming back again and again.

The food is excellent, the service is fast, and the staff is always very friendly and eager to please. The clientele is also respectful and upright. I was very pleasantly surprised by the food and service here. It still looks like the old Crumers inside, but we recently went as a large group and sampled their new menu. Everyone in my party is a bit of a foodie, and we were all raving about the pub grub here. Each of us got something different and there was plenty of sharing going on. No one was disappointed. Especially the loaded tots with hot meat sauce! It is not overly spicy, but there is something delicously savory about their recipe. The beer selection was great too as it included many local or new york based brews. It was quiet when we went and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We were seated near the kitchen and back bar and I noticed that even though it was quiet, the workers were cleaning and keeping busy and not just standing around waiting for a rush. We plan on another visit soon.

Service was below average. Our waiter dropped off our food and was never seen again. Food is average bar food at best. Nothing on menu unique or standout. Veggie burger had weird taste to it. Pour House burger had "hash" of mushrooms on it which was horrible. Hand cut fries would have been great if they didn't have mystery spice that made them taste burnt. Horrible music... made our table either want to fall asleep or hang themselves. Save yourself a trip.

Great addition to the east side casual dining scene! Ate there with my family and everything we ordered was great. The menu had something for everyone and the draft selection was unbelievable. They did a great job remodeling and it was very clean. Try the pizza rolls.

Lots of tapped craft beers AND great food. Great choice of draft craft beers, unusually good pub food, the best sweet pot fries and good service. Clean and a nice atmosphere. You can't ask for much more from a local pour house!
