Mamasan's

The food is okay but the staff make the experience nice. Parking can be tricky during lunchtime to the point where I parked in the Mamasan's customers area but since I was waiting for my friends to arrive. I was asked to move. This was my third time supporting this business and it left a bad taste in my mouth. So outside service is different than inside service.

Mamasons is the best vietmanese restaurant in rochester no comparison. Whenever I'm hungry all I want is Mamasons sesame chicken, spicy coconut soup, fresh shrimp spring rolls and a vietmanese ice coffee. Take it from a litteral lifetime coustomer (my mom's non stop craving when she was pregnant with me.) These dishes, staff and this restaurant are fantastic! Every restaurant has hit or miss days and dishes. Their traditional vietmanese dishes are absolutely flavorful and fantastic. I have empathy for the owners as far as patience and parking goes. They have a very small parking lot and their trying their best to make sure there is enough space for paying coustomers and not just people eating McDonald's or waiting for Starbucks coffee you can imagine what a hard time is given to them for standing up to trespassers. They are extremely understaffed to the point where they don't really wait on tables anymore you order at the front and the food is brought to your table. The owners have been in business many years and don't get many days off due to staffing. They are working very hard to give evey coustomer a nice experience this restaurant is well worth the patience and kindness it takes to eat here. All my love Mamasons you are the best!

Me and my family stumbled into this place by accident. The lady that greet us at the door was very warm,friendly and helpful. The lady at the counter made me feel at home. Me my wife and my mother-in-law had pho and shrimp rolls.the food was fresh,tasty and just the way we like it. Can't wait to go back to Rochester so we can have lunch at Mamaroneck very very nice

We drove over an hour to get there based on my experiences of when they were on University ave many years ago and we were not disappointed. We had fried spring rolls, steamed dumplings, chicken coconut soup and shrimp pad Thai . All very fresh ingredients and flavorful. Momasan and her daughter were very friendly. We had a great experience well worth the drive. We look forward to coming again.
