My husband and I had such a nice dinner last night. They have a great beer selection including some local breweries and it’s ice cold. French onion soup is full of flavor with a good portion of bread and cheese on top. The mussels have such a yummy broth I could have easily made a meal of that and the cheddar toast it comes with. Lastly, we tried the sesame-chili-garlic chicken wings. I’m not sure what they coat them with before frying, but they were so crispy and when paired with that sauce…. just good food. To top it off, they have a comfortable atmosphere with lots of neat vintage firehouse decor. Great service as well. We will be coming back for sure.

Pretty good 6 out of 7 of us were thrilled. I had the idea to go with homemade ravioli.. they were over cooked to a tough around the edges.. they were done in center. What small amount I got was good. I was looking forward to fresh veggies but the were diced and smothered with sauce that was too sweet so no real flavor of the veggies. Spinach was fresh so that saved me from having too much of the sugary sauce. Calamari was great! Stuffed pasta appetizer was nice as well. I ought to have had fish.. looked good.. Ribs & Mac and cheese were a hit with everyone as well. I will go back with my group.

Food was great! But we had to wait for 1 hr and 10 minute to get pizza and a burger. And we asked for extra sauce and didn't get it til we were ready to leave. Nice atmosphere but wait time was a little much.

My daughter and I take the roughly 2 hour drive to Rochester about once a year, this is our go-to for lunch. The structure itself is beautiful, the decor is all historic. The food is always delicious and service is quick and friendly!

We showed up later in the evening but we were taken care of very promptly. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great, so much history to look at and read about! But the best part of the experience was by far the food. We ordered the muscles, the NY strip fire chief style and the bone in pork chop. My wife and I were absolutely taken back by the quality and most of all the flavor! We will definitely be back!!!

We found this place through online reviews and decided to give it a try after touring the Eastman museum. It’s a refurbished firehouse that had burned years ago. Lots of old firefighting artifacts are preserved as well as the firehouse interior. They billed their ribs as fall off the bone and they do, as well as being delicious. The dual crab cakes were large and tasty. The sides and salads were good too. Service was prompt and professional. Drinks were good as well showing that the bartender was skilled. And the price was fair as well. We arrived on the early side, say 5PM, and the lot and place was empty, but by the time we left around 6:30 it was rocking. Glad we got there early! And it’s very family friendly … bring the kids and grandkids! What’s not to like? Nothing. Go there.

We had a group of 12 that met at Hose 22 Firehouse Grill. We ordered a wide variety of items from the menu. The staff did a wonderful job serving and preparing the meals. The portion sizes we great and the food was delicious. The restaurant has a few rooms upstairs for special events and a pub downstairs too.

Very good food but the drinks are mediocre. They took a few things of the menu like the ribeye and stuffed mushrooms, but there's plenty of other meal choices. The mixed drinks need some help because they taste very weak and mostly ice. The rum drink my wife had tasted like the rum was spoiled, very odd. Everything is a little expensive but I guess it's worth a try if you're in the area. Can be slow service during busy hours.
