Food was good, but customer service at drive thru window was horrible. Not sure why employee was so rude, maybe she was having a bad day. Visited 6/13@5:30. Won't be going back to this location.

Had a horrible experience and was treated disrespectfully by a overweight girl with curly hair and glasses I will be contacting the manager and corporate tomorrow. Went thru drive thru to get French dip was told upon paying they are out of au jus.. it's that ok ?? Umm, no.. isn't that the whole point of a French dip ? Very disappointed

Only issue I had with this trip was the length of time it took to get my order. Other than that, my husband really enjoyed his dinner.

This store is living in the past and still not open in the lobby. Apparently they have there own jurisdiction and make there own laws.. I was told by an employee that the law said lobby was closed. I would of understood that if it was 2020 and we had no knowledge of what covid was. But after 2 years we have safeguards in place and vaccines available now. I was wanting to try the new brisket, beef and bacon dip. I am in a large truck and no table. I can't even eat it without making a mess. But thankfully the Culver's just down the road was open.
