This is really dirty and gross, especially the bathrooms! They got our order wrong. Zero condiments and no napkins. We kept having to ask them for more things. They were so slow! They didn't even use my app, so I didn't even get the points on my $30+ purchase! The bathrooms are equivalent to a dirty gas station. They smell horribly!!

For a while we were going to this location just about if not every, every other night.. food was always messed up and not fresh. Recently, our food has been fresh and enjoyable! As long as we go when teddy or Amy are there we know it will be great. 👍🏼

Terrible experience from this location. Everyone working had attitude and my order was wrong. The food tasted like old grease.

Rude staff when we told them we asked for 3 cheese burgers and only got 1 and horrible restrooms if I worked there I would even be scared to be in there. And kinda unsanitary In the sit down area

Slow service. Trainers walking around watching newbies that can't take an order or make change drown in needing help. Fries were cold, burger just thrown together and looking like it had been stepped on before being packaged.
Too much worry about getting a door dash order correct and not enough care for the customer that is face to face at the time.
Restaurant was filthy.
Watched a manager actually drop what she was doing and acccept an order from an outside company for her lunch. This told me right here I will never visit this location again.
Gave it one star because there was nothing lower. Horrible.

There were flies everywhere inside! Service was not acceptable and they were OUT of alot of foods on the menu. Not sure if it's the franchise owner that doesnt supply what is needed or they just don't care. Don't eat here! Talking about the McDonald's in Robstown .

great experience. good food and the girl was so patient because in houston we dont have bundle boxes and i kept asking what was in each. She was not once rude and helped me get my order straight.

Terrible attitudes, lady hit me in the face with my bundle box and laughed about it. When I told a manger she said it was a accident and oh well. Food is always incorrect and whenever asked for it to be corrected it’s met with attitudes. Definitely needs better management
