Taco Bell

I’ve lived nearby for a long time. On my last 10 or so visits they’ve rarely gotten the order right. Today was my last time. I ordered 4 burritos, received 2. Ordered a veggie Mexican pizza, recurved beef. Asked for both fire and hot sauce, only received fire. This was after a long day of youth sports. Kids were very disappointed and I had to go back out to get some new food. Overall terrible and I will not go back.

I’ve been coming to this location pretty frequently for over a year. Recently it has been at a steady decline, customer service is lacking, forgetting or handing out wrong items in the drive through, running out of items, never giving out napkins, forgetting the sauce packets, little things that add up. Most of the time the food quality is fine.

We went last night when they were basically the only place open. They were short staffed- not one single employees fault- and a long line at the drive through. We went inside and the lobby was full and I was pretty shocked that almost every person in there was treating the staff with such hatefulness and disrespect because they were having trouble keeping up with the orders. There must have been at least 30 orders they were working through and doing their best with only half a kitchen working. People were standing at the counter screaming and cussing at the employees and it was just terrible. We quietly and patiently waited about 20 min for our food and it was excellent. We wanted to thank everyone that worked last night for showing up for their shift and also working diligently through the chaos. People can be so disrespectful but the team at this Taco Bell rocked it last night

We just waited 25 minutes in the drive through for 4 tacos. The issue is not the wait...I don't mind waiting. There could be multiple reasons why there may be a wait. BUT what I do have a problem with is the fact that we were handed a cold bag of 4 tacos after waiting 25 minutes, not even an "I'm sorry about your wait", 1 of the tacos was made incorrectly, and all of the 4 tacos barely had anything in them. Very disappointed. We were not given a receipt of course, but we were in the drive thru from 11:05 until after 11:30 to get poor service and terrible food. The girl in the window kept sticking her head out the drive window to see if cars stopped piling up yet..like they were being inconvenienced is how I took it. The line was wrapped around the building... I repeat, I'm good with waiting. Why is my food legit cold, like it came out of the fridge, when you are obviously so busy that food should be cooking and fresh? Just terrible. The picture attached is supposed to be a cheesy gordita crunch. What is that? The outer shell not even cooked, a broken hard shell, and basically all nasty lettuce and the sauce. It went in the garbage Sad to say I won't be coming back.

Don’t ever come here at night because it will literally take you an hour to get your food when there’s only a few people in line and nobody even inside. Staff is rude and messed up my order both times I’ve gone. How do you mess up an order you spent so long on? If it’s an understaffing issue, mention that at the VERY beginning and also let people know a wait time. I swear half of these workers are h*** at work too.. explains why it’s so slow
