Starbucks

Bathroom had no toilet paper told the manager she did nothing, waited 30 minutes for our order. Told us twice it was not ready, started looking at cups sitting in counter found our order. Asked manager about issue said we are doing the best we can. Place was filthy @ 9:00 am, unorganized and crew was rude. Not what we were expecting when we have awesome service at other locations

This location has seriously gone downhill. Twice in a row I’ve ordered a different drink and both times they either tasted terrible and/or looked like a totally different drink from what I ordered. For example, on Sunday I ordered a Sugar Cookie Almond Milk iced latte. The drink had more water than coffee. I had to get down and ask a barista to make me a new one. Even that one was like maybe a C+. Today, I ordered a Caramel Brûlée Creme Frappuccino. The drink tasted absolutely atrocious. It looked more like a slushy than a Frappuccino. I will never go back to this location again.

I wrote a review a few months ago stating that the staff was kind and that still remains true! The orders are always spot on and served with a smile! After going consistently for a few weeks some of the staff knew my name and order by heart and it made me feel so beyond welcomed. The last few times I've gone, I have seen who I believe is Fern and they are so kind every time. I am so thankful to have this Starbucks close by.

I mean it's Starbucks. Expensive coffee but I still keep going back. I don't really understand the purpose of the employee standing outside to take my order before the regular intercom system. Doesn't really seem to speed things up and as a non regular who likes to try new things as they come out, I'd rather look at the menu then have to tell and employee that I need to pull up and look at the menu.

Occasion: needed to revise and catch up so went to this Starbucks! Pros: quiet, clean, friendly and professional staff, ac not pumping to high. Has everything merchandise wise. The smell of coffee. Fast service. No lines. Cons: none Bottom line: I will be visiting this establishment on a regular basis as it’s very quiet, comfortable and concise isn’t.
