2/26/22 about 30 min are so, I visited this location, I walked in , there were to cashiers one elbows deep in her book bag so I moved to the next register where this guy had Part's of his register layed out on the counter tools in hand working on it , so I ordered a cheese pizza , he said give him a minute ,ok I said , he got the Pizza out the freezer section, mind you he hasn't washed his hand from working with the tools on the counter, I'm thinking ok the heat from the toaster oven will kill the germs , knowing it wouldn't, just hungry , in about a couple minutes, he put it in a box I paid and me and my nasty pizza left got home about 5 mins away, and washed my hands ,thank you , and was removing a couple of slices of the pizza and I be dang if it wasn't ice cold in the center, I gave up trashed it and had a peanut butter and jelly you win some, you lose some enjoy you meal every one isn't so lucky folks.

Love the convenience, but will add $1-3 over the store shelf price on wine, champagne, & beer, which is generally what I've bought there. Never apologizes but will walk through the store with me, confirm I was right, and adjust the price. It has happened enough times that it no longer seems like an oversight. Buyer beware. Check your receipt.

This is a good 7 Eleven. Possibly the best in Roanoke. I always stop here and my dad stops here when he comes home from work. The owner/or manager who is always at the front counter is an indian/ eastern guy he loves america and he says he thinks this country is great. ......I do have one thing I want to say though. Theres a little girl who works here, brownish/redish hair I think. She doesn't do her job very well... She's respectful and all but my dad and I came in here the other day. We stood behind an older gentleman who was buying a pack of bud lights. Coincidentally my dad was also buying a pack of bud. The gentleman in front of us was shocked when this girl asked for his ID to check and see if he was underage. First of all this guy looked like he could have been my grandpa.... He thought she was joking. He said are you kidding? she said no, i would like to see it please. I thought that was weird. She looked at his ID, holding it for a second and gave it back to him. Then she handed him his change. My dad came up next. He said your not going to ID me too are you? I mean my pops has a full head of gray hair! She said she would like to see it. My dad said he would show it to her, then asked if he was being recorded for some comedy show. She looked at him, laughed and said no. She was friendly enough I guess but she's weird. Why are you IDing old grown men? With gray hair?! Isn't that an indicator of their age? I think the owner of the store should definitely tone her down on that... I think she feels like she's in power or something. My pops was kind of offended. Though it did amuse him. I gave her a dirty look on the way out. She looked at me terribly.. I mean to say, if looks could kill.... Yeah. Otherwise, great store. Very clean and great selection. Will continue to come.
