BK is great…..when the food is hot. Burgers are always cold and the fries are sometimes hotter which is sad. Service is 50/50…sometimes you get a friendly person and other times a rude one who acts like you’ve ruined their life by stopping by. I once asked for my Whopper to have a freshly cooked patty and was told that it couldn’t be done because they were short staffed. Breakfast generally tends to be better than lunch/dinner but nothing to rave about.

Fries were room temperature and the order was on the skimpy side. Burger condiments were added very sloppy, piled on pickles and lacking ketchup, mustard off to the side.

Best experience I've ever had at a BK this was my first time are this one. Fries and food was fresh, all the staff was friendly, especially the shift manager. The Vinton BK needs to take lessons from this one where ever busy I've over one issue or another with.

Sad, sad $1 taco. They come frozen with a meat and cheese on them. They go in in the deep fryer, and they add like 2 pieces of lettuce.

Great place for a quick bite. The lady at the window is always awesome. The food is always hot and fresh, the 4 out of 4 times I've been there. I see people complaining about slow service on here......C'mon man! I'll gladly wait patiently for the great food and small talk I receive any day. Thank you all for being the rock stars y'all are and keep up the great work. The rodeo burgers are smack and only a buck. I'll see y'all again soon. Thanks again and Karen's keep it moving. Don't mess with my people at this nice establishment.... that is is all!

Ordered through the drive thru. Noticed after I left, they didn't give me half the fries I ordered. Took forever to get through the line too. Burgers were decent though, and the fries I did get were fairly fresh, but not salted.

Ordered a large chicken fries combo, got a large drink and small order of food. Tried to call, no answer... Avoid.

I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. Waited in drive thru forever. When I received the biscuits they were both burnt.
