The cleanliness of the dining area was filthy. I was there 11:39 in the morning. This means they were not open very long. I do believe the dining room was not cleaned the night before. Most of the tables were dirty and with food particles. Old balloons on the floor, and the floor was very sticky. However, our cashier service was good..

Oh I miss fresh or even just good KFC food. Can’t remember the last time I had a bucket of chicken that wasn’t dried out from sitting.

One day the insides open, one day the inside is closed, and it's very inconvenient for people to have to keep getting out of their cars to check and see if they're open. All they have to do is put a sign up. They're always out of whatever I need to come get. I always get the excuse "oh, well we have to wait for that to cook". I have yet to show up to this KFC and just pick up an order without having to wait. Unacceptable!

Awful service didn’t have chicken or even an employee say a word to me for 10 minutes. I am a DoorDash driver and they talked about me making fun of me while I sat and waited for them to finish.

One thing I cannot stand is pulling up to a drive thru speaker and the voice saying "whats you order". Where's the introduction? Ordered two biscuits, paid for two biscuits and famous bowl, to get home to one biscuit and it's flat mashed under the bowl. No "thank you have a good evening" or anything, quite rude at best. Used to be a high volume store,I see why not anymore. I'll drive to Vinton next time I want KFC, even with gas prices the way they are... SMH

I was served raw chicken when I took it back the manager expresses she would have just ate around it. Blood was coming out of the chicken thigh. Horrible service... they are not for the customer, never once got an apology... never will I go to a KFC again in my life!!!! Electric road Roanoke VA never get food from there!!!

Unfortunately not as expected, branch is run by some Teens without any Adult supervision!!!
Place could have been better if taken care of..!!
Since place is Not Clean,Needs lots of care this is outside So what about Kitchen & Food??!!
