If I was able to give 0 stars I would. This place has went downhill bad. My family and I went here yesterday and were beyond disappointed. Nothing fresh everything looked like it had been sitting out forever while they have a lobby full of people even a birthday party going on,just made zero sense. We decided to order one for the table for that reason, after waiting 10 minutes this is what we got just a pile of slop 🤦🏽♀️ I would typically never take the time to write a review but this is just ridiculous especially when it’s over 30 dollars for two adults and a kid better off going to a restaurant this place is a HOT mess to say the least. Btw the picture is supposed to be a pepperoni deep dish.

Loved the spinach, cheese, and pepperoni pizza great bread and dipping sauce! Also had a small salad and the dessert bar was fantastic and price was great! We enjoyed the smaller less thick slices of pizza it suited us well! Staff and service was wonderful! What a bargain ! We will be back! Great job!

Manager was very accommodating and they will make pizzas to order for the buffet. Very fresh ingredients. Seating area was loud with music and very hot. I'm not sure if the air is working or not but it was quite uncomfortable. They have changed their policy on kids meals. You have to get a soda which ups it $1.50 per kid. We don't drink soda and wanted water but we still have to pay that fee so that was an extra six bucks that we felt wasted but still a good value overall.

The food was what you'd expect out of cicis not amazing but good. This particular place was so hot it was uncomfortable to eat and we left way before we were done due to the heat and everyone getting sick feeling. I think the price is very high for a pizza buffet.

I mean, c'mon... it's Cici's. Low quality pizza, a Chuck E. Cheese atmosphere, and diabetes wheel chairing to the unlimited soda fountain.
This was the first time in probably a decade I've been in a Cici's... and it hasn't changed a bit.
There's a manager sitting in the back, staring at a piece of paper that most likely contains the inventory for the day. On that paper are items such as cheese food, pizza-like sauce, iceberg lettuce that will later be recalled for containing salmonella, and 55 gallon industrial drums of soda juice concentrate.
I left feeling full but guilty.

Good food at a good price. There dessert pizza and cinnamon rolls are amazing. Food was good and kept stocked on buffet. Cashier was pretty rude though I asked him for a bowl for pasta and he looked at me rolled his eyes on of the ladies heard me and gave it to me. Other than that guy I had a good experience.

A pretty good buffet for pizza. They have the standard pizzas and exotic ones like buffalo chicken and Taco pizza. Also a pretty good salad bar with pasta and soup. Expect to spend between $8 and $10 per adult with drink.
