Highlander Pizza

Ordered a pizza over the phone and after I waited an hour I called back and asked if it was on the way and they said yes. Then I waited another 45 minutes and called and the same guy who took my order told me I never ordered. Wasted almost 2 hours waiting for food and by the time I realized they were wasting my time basically all my other options for food were closed.

Well I decided to give them another chance since they were open to 10 I drove out here to get a pizza thinking there was plenty of time at 9:15 when I walked to the front door the guy walked to the front door at the same time and turned off the open sign. So then I called them and he answered saying we're closed. So I said on the website it says that you're open till 10 tonight. He said sorry we're closed we close at 9:30. I said well it's 917 right now so does that mean you are not closed yet? And he said no we are close now.. So then I said you have just lost another customer . And he said thank you. Then I hung up

Ordered from here on 11/18/21 through a delivery service I will not mention. Our pizza was forgotten and when we contacted highlander, they said it was too far for them to deliver although THEY forgot to send it with the delivery service. The attitude we received whwn we asked to get our pizza ($25 extra large meat lovers) was absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from highlander and recommend nobody else does either.

Absolute worst customer service! I ordered delivery, it was a $60 order. When they delivered the food no one rang the door bell or knocked at all to alert me it was here. They just sat it on the sidewalk in freezing cold weather. It wasn’t until after I called the restaurant and couldn’t get a logical answer as to where the food may be that I checked outside to find it sitting there. I’m not sure how long it had been out there in the cold but it was long enough for the food to be ice cold when I opened it. Called the restaurant, he couldn’t even make up an excuse, all he could say is “sorry”. After I said it was a $60 order and all you can say is sorry, he said “I can give you a discount next time” LOL if there were to ever be a next time, maybe some hot edible food would be nice. No thanks
