The Gelato is made on site and is wonderful! The lemon mint was my favorite, the mint didn’t overwhelm the lemon flavor. The pistachio cupcake was not too sweet and you really got the pistachio flavor. The only thing I can say about the macaroons is buy a dozen because one is not enough. I think the drive across town is well worth it!

Kelly Cafe is always awesome. This is our third time going. We've tried a few different flavors of the boba (bubble) tea. The flavors are consistently delicious and the toppings add a significant amount of variety to an already wide selection. The gelato is excellent, and the flavors are frequently changing. There are also macarons, though I've yet to try them.

So happy to see a high quality, family owned dessert shop! My daughter has been by twice in one day! Such friendly people and a clean, fun atmosphere. The gelato is DELICIOUS!!! We can't wait to come back!

I'm from PA, and was visiting my sister in VA. I went to try Kelly Cafe's bubble teas, which were really good. I ordered one with almond milk, because my sister is lactose intolerant, but they were out of almond milk. I ordered her a fruity one instead. I called mid-day the next day to make sure they had almond milk, and they didn't. I went somewhere else to get one.

Everything tasted fantastic when I first stopped by. I got 5 or 6 different items for myself and family during my first visit. When I made the next trip a few weeks after, i got two dozens of macaroons and frankly, all of them tasted the same. Every flavor had the blend taste. Also, I was going to order some bubble tea but the person in front of me couldn't even get it cuz they ran out of bubbles. They didn't show any intention of making more bubbles for that day although it was like only 3pm, yeah it takes an hour to make bubbles so i didn't want to sit there and wait anyways. I wish I could still highly recommend this place, but can't anymore. Oh, and their business hours is too short (like elderberries, which closes at 6pm). I do want to say I really hope this business stays for a long time though.

I have a major obsession with Boba Tea & macarons, so this place was like discovering heaven. The whole shop is cute and the setup is really cool. The boba tea was fantastic, the gelato was so creamy and then macarons were crisp and fresh. Very happy to have this place in Roanoke and I hope they stay for good!
