K&w Cafeteria

Attended here today with my sons. Our experience here with the food was okay. It's a lot different than it was in the Valley View mall. The service was not good at all. The server didn't come to our table but once. They gave us unsweetened tea. When I asked how much for a refill one of the foreign servers talked that foreign stuff in a way to be funny. We all know when they speak that language and we don't understand it's a way for them to talk junk and say smart things we don't understand. Anyway a tip was way out the question for this service today.

The food was delicious! It was hot, lots of choices and great service. I shared a special for two that evening. This is a regular special Monday and Saturday. It included drink and dessert. There was 4 of us and we could barely get all the food on the one table! It was quality food at an affordable price and a most enjoyable place to spend time with family and friends to just eat and relax together.

Decent food; chicken was greasier than expected but there was a great variety of sides. If you pick up an online order, be sure to check it carefully before leaving. We realized after getting home that we had one missing item, and I have made multiple attempts to contact K&W for a refund with no success. It was only $2, but the lack of a response reflects poorly on the company.

Always love going to k&w it's my wife's favorite place to go. The service is always fantastic everybody is just so polite and professional it's a great family atmosphere. They have a large variety of different foods salads meats vegetables different kinds of drinks desserts lots of sides it's a great place it is very affordable.
