Mcdonald's

I was very disappointed in my experience. After traveling for several hours, my friends and I were exhausted and looking for some familiar, comfort food. We searched for the closest McDonald’s and found what time they opened. This particular location says both online and on the posted schedule at the location, that they are open at 5am. We arrived around 5:30am. I drove to the drive through and sat there for several minutes without being waited on. I checked the time on the posted schedule and tried again, with no luck. While waiting, I saw an employee preforming their morning tasks and mustered my most polite good morning. He did not respond. I sat there and waited a few more moments before finally decided that this would NOT be the place we would be dining.

Stopped off for a quick bite and drink. The place was supper clean, disinfectant was used gor covid. The American menue is lay-out different and some things thT we have they don't. Orderd large fries and a soda...the total was $ 4.and change. Gave $5.00 . Was the informed that they didn't give change back. The young lady said there was a sign posted in front, but I didn't see any notification. Assuming there afraid of Covid germs on the change, but they take the paper stuff no problem. The change owing was .46 cents. So if they did this all day it's quite the tidy profit and scam.

On Saturday the fries were old and cold @ 1:30pm. That is not acceptable for a fast food restaurant. Update 12/15/2021: The Quarter Pounder was only a half of a patty and although they were hot, the fries were greasy. They have not improved. Update 06/28/22: My Mom and stepdad stop in at noon and got chicken McNuggets. They must have cooked three days ago. Both of them got sick. They have not improved.

Garbage. Disgusting bathroom, not a single sink working for you to wash your hands. Every single table was dirty. Kiosk machine wouldn't print my receipt, and when I finally got my order they gave me spicy nuggets when I ordered regular and they were rude to me when i asked to change it. Every employee was unpolited. Getting a meal couldn't be a worse experience

Went to this location just now. Waited 10 minutes to get to the ordering menu hoping to get lunch. It hits 1100 and the breakfast menu changes to lunch. Great right? So I ask, "Are you serving lunch yet since the menu just changed?" She says, "No, we're not serving lunch yet." So I ask what time lunch begins. She says, "I don't know yet." You work here. You don't know what time lunch is being served? I waited 10 minutes in line and you don't have but one line open, just for you to tell me you don't know? Didn't think to ask anyone? The menu should not have changed if you're not serving lunch. We left and probably won't be back. We were passing through anyway.
