Clean friendly & not too busy. Recommend try update the bathroom sign to reflect air dry hands & not paper towels.

Drinks were good & staff was pleasant. At the time we were there however, it was by far the filthiest starbucks we had ever been in. The trash was overflowing, floors were dirty, & bathrooms were a sight! I am not blaming the employees, but management, as well as them being short-staffed, like so many places now.

Was about to rate this place one star just changed to 3 because of Coleman. Very nice polite and helpful, unlike the 5 others walking around not acknowledging or caring. Get rid of them all and keep this guy. Without him I would have walked out.

Let me start by saying I love Starbucks and they rarely disappoint...rarely, but not never. This location is announced on the interstate, but once you exit, there are no guiding signs. You need GPS, a map, a few pigeons, hound dogs and a lot of luck to find it along a winding road behind several stores. Honestly, without using my Starbucks App I'm not sure I would had found it. Once there they messed up my order, giving me a cold drink instead of the warm one I ordered and the bathrooms looked like a war zone complete with a broken door lock. Next time I am in that area I will pass them by and probably get to the next one faster than it took me to find this one.

Visited this place for a green iced tea. Staff were efficient and friendly at the register and taking the order, TWO stars The rest of service NO stars 😳. Four staff behind counter which increased to SEVEN whilst I was waiting on my drink... WHY?? Two people were served before me who had iced coffee drinks and they came into the store AFTER ME!!!!
Only one car came through the drive thru. It was an iced tea, green no sugar. It was already in a pitcher. Chuck it in a plastic cup. Shake up with a bit of ice, job done. So why was I almost moulded to a seat waiting for my drink. Won’t visit again. Not a happy bunny

Hello StarBINS (like the trash can) staff and customers. I skipped into your store with my non-cowboy boots on and after being denied my pumpkin spice latte (during pride month of all times) I settled for a trusty brown sugar oat shaken espresso (grande). Emphasis on: OAT. I drink it and it’s delicious! When I get home my stomach feels like it’s been violated by angry gerbils (I would know). After the nausea and explosive diarrhea it dawned on me that my TRUSTY brown sugar OAT shaken espresso had MILK MILK instead of OAT MILK. I am lacktoes intolerant. Hence, my intolerance for this Starbucks. You won’t be seeing the likes of me ever again for as long as this building stands.

The staff was very nice and friendly. They need to not over heat water or milk when making a tea latte. It burns the tea and leaves it bitter.

Just left drive-thru. After waiting 20 mins in drive-thru I pulled up to give my order-they told me to hold on for 10 mins. After that I kept saying hello, hello-I just placed my mobile order. Got to the window & young man with ponytail says: next time let us know you placed mobile order. Sir, I did!!! Horrible customer service & no remorse from him.
