Place is filthy, with grease and grime visible behind the counter, on the counter and in the customer dining area. Spray paint graffiti on the wall, food left out and uncovered, bugs flying around. What took the cake, however, was the young girl that made my food. I placed my order, she put on gloves. Then proceeded to scratch her exposed hip/belly, put her thumbs into the waistband of her jeans to shimmy them up, and ran her hands through her hair that was not pulled back per health code. THEN she started touching food and reaching into toppings containers with those same gloves!

I for one, thought Franks was convenient to my workplace.. even tho co workers have warned me about their expired food. Out of convenience, I decided to order a plain ceasar salad... after standing in the shop for 10 minutes, going unnoticed because employees were talking/texting on personal phones. They tried serving me a ceasar salad with a pile of pink chicken... I explained i ordered a plain salad. No meat please, just plain. I was asked if I wanted just lettuce, after paying 8 dollars... I asked for Parmesan cheese and croutons. heading back to work to complete my lunch break, I poured the dressing on my salad, after taking a bite, I realized the dressing was not ceasar and most likely rotten. I went back to return the product and ask for my money back, and was greeted with an argument about their dressing and an eye roll. How grossly unprofessional and disgusting.
