Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I placed an online order which was quick and easy. I ordered the brisket sandwich with drink and ribs. Outside and inside was clean of debris, it was moderately busy inside, I let employee know I was there for pick up, employee was polite. Pricing was okay but for the portion of ribs I would've liked meatier ribs. The ribs were good but on the dry side, I asked for once spicy sauce and one sweet sauce on side, unfortunately I received 2 spicy. The beef brisket sandwich was absolutely phenomenal, juicy, flavorful, and tender. I would absolutely recommend that brisket to everyone. Overall good experience, not the best ribs, but I will go back to try different dishes.

Dickey's has been good. Really nice, friendly manager today. I got the feeling she owned the place, or they have a very caring employee. Sadly she was hanging a sign on the door to adjust the hours due to lack of workers. Food was served quick, I think it took me longer to do the card payment. They have the tiny pellet ice that I like. Their Coke products were on point. Give it a shot I have been here multiple times, and each time was a pleasant experience.

Love the employees especially Cheryl and her friend however the manager or owner who is always there talks to employees horribly. I've never heard him say anything nice. Last time he snapped back at one of them because they were out of something and she didn't tell me about it. The employees get 5 stars but the owner gets 0 stars. If my dad didn't like dickies food I would never return there.
