Trust Me Bbq

This was my first time here. My husband (I’m his wife doing this review) and his co worker have been there a few times. We were in the area and he wanted me to try it. The portions we got were good! They were friendly enough for me to try the Mac n cheese and greens. I can taste the different spices and could tell the greens were fresh and no vinegar was used! Awesome I don’t like when people use vinegar in there greens! We got half slab ribs flavor was great and ribs were meaty! I don’t know if they hand make the sausage but it was great to! We also ordered 1/2 jerk chicken! Wow my favorite it was amazing full of flavor and not dry! The bbq sauce was good too! We normally do local bbq called burning bbq, or mission bbq that’s a favorite of ours! I think this one is too!! I was very pleased and the owner Laray, Lanae I think her name was super nice and engaging! Thank you!!! As you see we ate good before posting the pictures sorry!! Please remember that people are short staffed and this is a small business!! Everyone deserves a second chance!

The level of disappointment is indescribable. This food should not even be considered as Jamaican food let alone edible. From the moment I ordered my food and had to wait over an hour and a 45 minutes for delivery I had a preconceived notion that the food would be warm and properly prepared and that was what was taking so long. They failed to deliver warm food in the place is only within five minutes of my home address. $35 on seamless for two jerk meals. The noodles from the mac & cheese were severely undercooked, the collard greens taste like charcoal, The jerk chicken is overly burnt flavorless meat, and The proportion size is for a child. They also did not have a replacement for the desert and yet I paid for it. I highly recommend looking elsewhere and do not “trust” dem Grill.

This place is a MUST for all things BBQ & Jerk. Ordered the pulled pork dinner and jerk chicken dinner with collard, Mac n cheese, corn & garlic potatoes and everything was absolutely AMAZING! Fed a family of (4) for around $35. Adorable little dine-in/take out restaurant and super quick service. BEST BBQ AROUND! Also, must try the peach cobbler- my husband loved it 😍

I have driven by this place many many times and always said I needed to try it because it always puts out the sweet smell of smoking meat. Stopped in today for the first time and I am very angry I waited so long. My son and I both ordered the half slab meal with the expectation it would be like other places with maybe 6 bones...NOPE... here there was so much ribs that for the first time ever we were like maybe next time just or the regular rib meal. The sides were ok. .their beans had a very interesting flavor which I really liked. Their homemade BBQ sauce is amazing but do get it on the side..the young lady poured it on rather heavy. Will definitely be back. The also offer a robust veteran/military discount I believe it was 20%. Trust me you can't go wrong with this BBQ 😉
