Riverton WY. Waited 10 minutes in drive through. Line didn't move at all. Parked and went in. 3 persons in line ahead of me. After 30 minutes the first person in line only had part of their order. I left without ordering.

Drive up line horribly long, parked and went in, stood in line waited good 10 minutes and never waited on. Walked out along with another couple. Terrible and rude. Burger King got our order right away and the employee was very courteous. Wendy’s in Riverton sucks.

We were traveling in Wyoming and I have to say this was probably the best Wendy's experience I've ever had.The service was amazing fries were cooked perfectly and the burger was delicious.And I can't forget to mention that the frosty was tasty as well.

Always a fantastic place to eat lunch or dinner. Staff is always straight to the point and friendly at most times. CLEAN very clean always including the bathroom.

There's usually a long line at the drive-thru. it usually takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your food, the french fries are fresh and hot and the burgers are good.

The front counter service has been slow the last two times that I have went in. The last two times that I have ordered my sandwich without lettuce or tomato they have both had lettuce and tomato on them. Wendy's used to be my favorite place to go...things are slipping now.

Riverton Wendy's, just spent 30 minutes in the drive through because staff shortage and frosty machine problems. Didn't even order a frosty 😕. Cold food 😡
