I came to this location again to give it another chance. Same order: fresh (requested) fries and an ice cream cone. The worst fries- the first time they were extra brown like they'd been cooked twice, tasted terrible. Today they took them out early, mushy and nasty. Both times, the ice cream cone was put in a cup by them because it was too runny. Not coming back to this location!

Ordered a smoothie thru the mobile app and it wasn't ready. Had to wait about 3-5 mins for it. No big deal, and it tasted pretty good. I got the mango pineapple smoothie

Good service and they usually get the order right. There were a couple instances where item was left out or incorrectly made but they usually will correct it without any trouble.

This PLACE IS HORRIBLE just like the so call manager that runs it.. I won't EVER go back this location.. Work on yourself before you can work on others.. I see why your hiring so much.. if you can lead a team you can't lead anything.. get some help in customer service infact get some better training period. SAVE your money.. There are way better McDonald's in the area that actually care and can manage a fast food restaurant.. The manager is HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.. The employees react cause they know no better.. #GETRIDOFTHATMANAGER.

Worst customer service in the entire world. I get that it’s McDonald’s what can you expect but the workers are disrespectful and rude. They completely forgot part of my order in the drive through which was fine whatever. So I pull over to go into the lobby to get the rest of my order and the lobby was closed with a note that said ring the bell. I stood there in the rain mind you ringing the bell for over 10 minutes. One girl even LOOKED at me and kept working! I get that people are understaffed right now. But to be just plain rude! I’m sure it’s the management who’s horrible to their employees. Or who knows. But have some pride and decency in what you’re doing.

Horrible mcdonalds in the history of mcdonalds at every corner. Charged for the wrong order in the drive thru. A more expensive order than order after notifying the lady that the order read back was incorrect. Needs more training at this location.

Don't be fooled by the short drive-thru line. They are having people pull thru to wait in the parking lot and a runner trying to find your license plate later when they have the order ready. Keeping their numbers looking good, but not getting the food out the door.

The only reason I go to this McDonalds is because it's the only one in the area, if there was another one, I'd go elsewhere.
The people who work here just don't even talk to u. I paid for my food through the drive thru and I wasn't even spoken too after I paid. My food was already hanging out the window, and when she handed it to me all she said was "have a good night" without even really looking at me or seeing if I took it. I had drinks, so I didn't leave and after she handed them to me she didn't say anything and just closed the window.
I get it's fast food, but I'd think they'd AT LEAST saying something when I get to the window. We don't need a full conversation but a hello, have a good day, and maybe a bye is fine.
