Subway

Only getting 1 star because I can't give a 0! I asked the guy working there to wash his hands & he gave me an attitude. I don't care that you wear gloves. He washed his hands but didn't help me. The female worker started to help me but I left because they didn't have the cheese I wanted. I went to another location & service was just as bad 5-15-19 😠😠😠

Subway is normally our favorite instead of fast food. We stopped for our grandson to get a kids subway meal. We ask the cashier to substitute the drink and give him a small sprite because our grandson can ONLY drink Lactaid. We order it like this ALL THE TIME AT ANY OTHER SUBWAY, never had an issue. The cashier says they can't do that and says he has to charge for the Sprite. Ok, I ask for the receipt, take the bag and as I'm walking out I noticed he charged me for the milk in the combo and the Sprite. So, I turn around and tell him if you're going to still charge me for the milk or juice, GIVE ME THE MILK... THAT'S STEALING FROM ME. $7.32 I was charged for a kids meal...and no kids drink??? I asked for the drink I was charged for and gave it tho the homeless man sitting outside, why not, I PAID FOR IT!! Being a manager for over 25 years I can't believe how being courteous is out the window. I told this young man I was calling management and he could care less. He said, GO AHEAD!" Needless to say, we wont be returning! Terrible! 👎

Hi my job is moving to market so sometimes i dont have time to sit n eat. I have been eating subways sandwiches last 8 years from london to America but today experience was horrible because your staff was laughing at customer n over cooked bread. I was driving n try to eat but i cant eat due to overcooked. When i called to tell they suppose to appolosed but they said they busy. I waste my money to this store. I will never go there.
