I just ordered a large vegetarian thin crust pizza I've been ordering from Papa John's for years the same pizza today I'm not sure what I got something changed. It's actually a disgusting pizza when have a pizza been bland no flavor The crust is not the original crust could never say that about Papa John's until today. when I called the manager to let him know he asked me was there legitimately something wrong with the pizza.
Thanks for showing how much you care about making your customers happy Papa John's manager. No more Papa John's for me.

This place has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. They were very helpful when I asked for recommendations and made the pizza in a swift manner.
I actually recommend getting a spinach Alfredo pizza. The BBQ chicken pizza I got ended up being too salty for me, but the last time I was here the spinach Alfredo pizza was bomb.
Overall, the staff was super nice, pizza was made quickly, and is pretty decent for the price.

Little Caesars was closed so I came here. Got 2 NY style pizzas for 30 bucks. For that price, I could have gotten 4 thin crusts from little Caesars... They were honestly about the same size and quality. Also, I paid with card and they ask you for tip. I have 0 respect for any restaurant that asks for tip for take out.

You guys said my order was delivered but it was not when I tried to call you about it you couldn't be bothered to answer when I did try calling it referred me to an outside source. I will be reporting you to my bank as fraud. This is ridiculous and I will be reporting you to corporate as well. I have video evidence and recording.

I ordered a pepperoni pineapple and a spinach with chicken. I was disappointed. Both pizzas were over cooked and stringy bread that couldn't even rip apart. The worse part was, well this is the spinach chicken. It didn't taste great either.

They have a great attitude but the wait was like for ever for me to receive my pizza. They had the delivery people take out one bag ( pizza) & back up orders were not going to be ready till 3 hours. They messed up my order when i asked for ham on the pizza they

This place is so unprofessional they left the pizza at my door and didn’t even bother calling saying they’re outside by the time I got my pizza it was covered in flies and the manager did not want to exchange the pizza or give me store credit for it never ordering here again

I’ve already had a bad experience with this place but it was about 3 months ago so I thought why not give it another chance, so I ordered a extra large and a order of bacon jalapeño poppers and it said 30 mins on the app so when a hour an 10 mins goes by I called them and the guy that answers tells me it’s gonna be a hour an 30 wait time so I explain that on the app it said 30 mins, he then says “yeah well like I said bro it’s gonna be an hour an 30 mins” so I just told him to cancel it. “Bro” was extremely unprofessional and I would’ve expected some empathy but nope “Bro” said it so nonchalant. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
