food is great, i love to order online at morning. i ordered a coffee and want to call to ask the sugar on the side, called three times and no one pick up the phone. hope this can be improved

Most times i order on the app and still have to wait more then a few mins in the drive thru.. Then this goofy dude turns his head when he hands you food out the window twice dropping my food on the ground.. Then they are out of the most popular items.. If it was something closer i would go there.. Cant wait to get back to my home location ..this one sucks

Decent store for a not so great area. Nice staff, server wore masks under nose and another not at all. Sourdough Jack was good. Thick bread made burger look a little smaller but hey, fast food fillers!

Had the spicy chicken with cheese meal. Fries were nice and fresh and sandwich was actually too much for me to finish 😩. Chicken was cooked nicely though. 😋

Went to went to Jack-in-the-Box on whole and Tyler yesterday, my friend and I had lunch there when we finish lunch because we are disabled seniors we wanted to use the restroom before leaving my friend who is 69 years old and I’m 77 went over and open the ladies the women’s bathroom the smell was so horrible she could not use the ladies room she went over and asked the cashier if she could unlock the men’s door so that she could use the restroom and she was told no she could not so we sat there for about 20 minutes and my friend kept asking them when they were going to clean the bathroom and they said when they got a chance was the attitude is it they could care less we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for the lady the manager to clean the restroom because she was busy at the window we ended up having to leave Jack-in-the-Box although we had had lunch there and go down to Noream‘s to use the restroom because they refused to clean it and they refused to open the men’s room because we weren’t men .

Stopped here to use the restroom on our trip back to LA. If you're doing the same, note that the women's restroom needs a code (the men's doesn't), so be prepared to buy a tasty cheesecake if you sit down to pee!
