First time here and probably the last. Went there and they were pretty much out of almost all donuts. They didn’t even have any more plain glazed which blew my mind. I understand sometimes some of the flavors won’t be available, but out of glazed? Come on. I think I’ll stick with Krispy Kreme where they never run out of glazed donuts.

The song being played inside the Van Buren store on July 2 at 1:30pm was absolutely inappropriate. The F bombs were dropped clearly throughout the song. Dunkin...you can do much better than that. Child friendly, I don't think so.
...will take my business elsewhere.

the coffee was fine, the hash browns were burnt — which was fine however, the drive in took way longer than i expected. i suggest going inside or ordering ahead of you can.

Great tasting cold brew. A large with light ice will give you about 1 hour of sipping time 😁

Love the coffee but it’s never consistent. Been here multiple times because I love the avocado toast. They need to speed up customer service. I waited in the drive for coffee over 20 min. The time I wakes inside they grabbed the donuts with a napkin instead of using tongs and i clearly saw the fingers touch the donut. Donut wasn’t for me but for someone else. I like it here but they have a lot of work to do. Hopefully management reads this. For that I give them one star.

Actually I've only been through the drive-thru but usually it's pretty quick and they make really good donuts really good coffee and really nice staff super quick too I mean if those donuts are as fresh as I think they are that's fast 😉

Most of the people that work here have bad attitudes I have seen. I asked one girl for a drink carrier and she ignored me and acted like she didn't hear me. Then she turned around and walked away. I asked another guy for a carrier and he gave me one. I like the donuts when they are fresh, sometimes when you order door dash they give you old munchkins which sucks. Cappuccino is good from here, I like those the best. 3 stars because the people that work here are not nice.
