Subway

Employees extremely rude!! Ordered a sandwhich asking about vegetarian and vegan options. Employee was not knowledgeable at all. I asked if they can substitute the meat for avocado they said No so we asked for the meat on the side because they where gonna charge for the avocado anyways. The employee then became extremely rude giving attitude and speaking under her breathe. She told us she would charging extra for the meat and avocado. My mother then politely told her, if she’s having a bad day don’t take it out on the customers. She started yelling, so we told her to have a nice day, we were no longer going to purchase the sandwhiche, chips and , drinks. She then stormed off to the back yelling “fuck you” and other curse words as we place the items on the counter. As we were walking out I was hit on the back with one of the sandwiches. Which I then back out of anger. We then drove to the subway on La Sierra and ordered without any problems This behavior is unacceptable.and childish. The employee should be terminated asap! .

Showed up at 5:30 pm and door was locked. Both employees acted like no one was banging on the window. Had about 4 other people standing waiting for them to open the door. Large young girl opened the door and did not say a word. I just wanted food for my family so I did not say a thing. Felt like I would get my food spit on if I complained.

I like this location simply because everytime I've been in here there isn't a long wait time when getting helped. I recommend this place to anyone who wants prompt service. But let's be honest, they could use more fresh vegan friendly options. Less breads, or vegan friendly breads such as cauliflower breads. Other than that, keep up the good work!
