Mcdonald's

I ordered a Deluxe Double Quarter Cheese mean and was so disappointed as a McDonald’s worker from another city. My Deluxe Double Quarter didn’t come deluxe at all it’s was just a plain double quarter. As a employee of a McDonald’s I know that, you know that, we know it tells you how to make the food. Secondly the fries are bad. I make burgers and fries at my McDonald’s it’s not that hard. I’ve been there for only 3 months to be exact and that is my first job. So I know as a McDonald’s employee you all can do better. So please do better.

I had only received 1 double cheeseburger when I ordered two, the next day I told them about what happened and they were very helpful and immediately gave me one along with an apple pie. Good customer service Edit: I went there again and ordered 2 big macs, and one of them ended up being a double cheeseburger, not a big deal but it seems like many people get messed up orders here, I'd stick with the McD at Arlington from now on

It's a McDonald's, so you know what you get. But the staff seemed overwhelmed with very few people actually in there. Bathrooms are all locked, but staff ignore you trying to ask for the code/key whatever you need, never did find out. It was not very well air conditioned either so hot and muggy inside. All around not a great McDonald's.

Worst Mcdonalds experience ever. At the order window the person taking my order refused to correct herself on my order even told me that it wasn't my order and to just come to the window. Once I corrected my order at the window, when I received my food the food had been thrown in the bag, food was spilt inside the bag and my fries where not in the bag. I pulled out to the parking lot to knock on the door because at this point it was close to 11pm and two crew members where avoiding my girlfriend at the doore. This was before she found the meat/cheese paper in her burger that she was eating. They didn't even apologize and simply told her if she wanted a replacement or a refund , didn't even acknowledge the health safety risk. We hadn't even made it back to our truck when another patron pulled up and told us he was having the same problem, the crew members taking his order didn't get his order right and he was missing his fries. And then another customer ... SMH... simply horrible customer service 👎👎👎👎
