I have never been to a worst McDonald’s in my life. We waited 40 minutes in the drive through. No apology for the wait. They couldn’t figure out ApplePay and then all our food was over cooked and stale. There was not a single good thing about this location and I wish there was a way to get my 40 minutes and money back… and a decent meal to make up for the hamburger flavored sandpaper we had to choke down.

Okay so this McDonald’s was terrible but on our last visit we noticed something different!! They have a new manager, her picture is on the drive thru and she has whipped this place into shape!! The quality of the food, the speed of service and friendliness of the staff has all changed!! I wanted to make sure to recognize the good because so often people only post about the bad.. way to go Arlington team!!

This McDonald's is the grossest one yet.The lines are constantly in and the drive thru are 30+ minutes.The inside of this store is the grossest.The employees are untrained.I see the need for employees at this current time but atleast train them to do the tasks.All for my food to be cold and half complete.The employees fail to use health and safety procedures set down by the local food & health dept.The inside of this establishment needs help serious help!

The wait was OK, although it is always busy when breakfast menu changes to lunch. By the time I got to the second window after pay, items were ready. Biscuit were perfect in the Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, sausage and egg muffins were also great. 👌

Ok I'm not sure if this location always does this but with my order they gave me a card for a free combo meal the only thing is that I can't just use it at any location but hey still can't beat that and it has no expiration date. So for sure I'll be going back because the food was hot and my order was correct so why not. Even if I didn't get the perk I would recommend anyone in the area who likes McDonald's because not everyone is always the same and hey maybe you too might be gifted with a free combo but I'm not sure what criteria has to be met to get it.

This location is good for breakfast but the later crew lunch/dinner is always screwing up orders
Update: I still come here it still taste like McDonald's but yeah they make a few mistakes I ordered extra onions and lol I got them on top of my burger, not really a mistake probably happened while wrapping it up

Once during shift change, we were waiting a substantial amount of time, in the drive thru & we asked the first window cashier 4 our money back, she did better than that, our order was free, we just had to pull all the way up and park, our order was quick! 🆙🥰😘🍦

I'll eat there sometimes but i have 9 grandchildren go to different McDonald's this one is nice and clean people are friendly and efficient .
