This place is always the best. Friendly, hot food, great service. There's one closer to my house but I drive a little further for this one.

Wasn't acknowledged by behind the counter employees for a couple of minutes. When acknowledged it seemed like employees where bothered by a walk in customer. They were more friendly with the drive thru customer. Food was good.

I’m so unsatisfied with this jack!!! My food is always cold what’s so hard on having the food made fresh. Hate this place rather starve. Always having issues with this Jack. Old fries just trash.

The food tastes just as good as it looks. The dude that said it doesn't must have burnt taste buds. Our server with the badass tattoos was super kind! She noticed that we accidentally got hot coffee instead of iced and corrected it for us. Next time we come to Dallas we will for sure eat here again!
