We ordered a total of 40 wings to go. These are the size of popcorn chicken!!! That’s 10 pieces in the bowl. That’s a small fork. And those aren’t very long fries. The fries were so stale I just threw those away and ate my 12 dollar popcorn chicken with rice. I was so excited, but let down soooo bad.

Horrible service told us our wait time would be 45min-1hr after an hour I went to check on the status of being seated And guess what they EXTENDED our already long wait time to…….they don’t know when a table will be available….. after asking what about all the empty tables I was told they don’t want to over seat their servers by putting to many people in a section……well why are the tables there ??? For decoration?? That’s a staff problem not a customer problem and your making it one…….DO better if it wasn’t for my daughter graduating and me wanting to treat her to a meal out at her favorite place no less I would have left I will not be coming to this location ever again

Need to be clear about wait times. Telling us it's a 15-20 minute wait and end up taking a full HOUR to be seated and another 20 inside was a joke, walked out and a waiter never even made it to our table. Lost money from big tippers..

My first time there. I order the $12 lunch special, wow, it was filling but the rootbeer was flat, so I took lemonade. Also, food wasn't hot, just warm by the time I got to my fourth wing it was cold. But, I will definately come back and give it another go. I will say they were extremely busy with to go orders.

So disappointed lately with the service. We are weekly call in orders, like every Friday, I do mean every Friday! When they finally answer the phone for the order, automatically its can I put you on a brief HOLD? They cone back 15 min. Later if they come back on the line... just today, I was told a min wait for 20 tradition wings is an hour! Unbelievable.
The girls taking the orders are just talking to one another, they put someone on HOLD just to talk to one another, I've seen it numerous times. Need to get help who really wants to be there!
Unhappy lately, maybe need to try another location

Me and my family order wings (10pc) which is like $17, and found out that it doesn't come with fries! We were upset and had to spend more money on a side of fries. Won't go there again. It was cool to watch the games there, but to expensive.

Service was good. The bartender was friendly. The food, however, was not very good. The fries were stale and the chicken wings were not very tasty. I ordered the mango habanero and it wasn't spicy at all.

Probably one of the worst BWW experiences ever. The food was literally burnt to a crisp. I initially complained because the onion rings had been overcooked to the point where they tasted like smoke. Then came the wings. Out of the 20 wings ordered more than half were over cooked and burned. they were burned so bad the inside of the chicken bone was black and charred. If the restaurant tries to say i lied I will post pictures of the terrible food they gave me
