Holy Crab

We went here last night. Food was good, but service was horrible. I ordered the king crab at $31.99. I got 3 crab legs, 3. No sides, just 3 legs. When they brought it to the table, they said they were out of scissors and crackers. Brought me a cracker 10 mins later. Crab was cold by then. Needed a scissors for some pieces, they said they were completely out, and never brought one. Asked for a fork then. They have NO metal forks, only plastic. Was only able to eat the equlavent of 2 legs. Also realized people were given gloves and bibs at all the other tables. We we're never offered these. They did give us 15% off. Said the restaurant has ordered more scissors and crackers. Why does a place that has all kinds of seafood not have the basic utensils to eat it??? A different waiter brought out a metal butter knife, but my bf said not to use it. I asked him why. He said the waiter was wiping it off on his shirt as he was walking to the table. Yeah.... They also have drinks on the menu they cannot make per the waitress, like margaritas. They were probably at only 75% seating capacity, and it was about 6:30pm. We will never be back.
