Since I work down the st and live near by, they NEVER get the order right. Been 5 times in a row that it’s either not the size I ordered or they leave part of my order out.I get it’s a Fast Food but how do you serve fries harder than rocks I literally cracked my molar today. People need to start speaking up!!! And I thought the one on Arlington was bad. DONT WASTE 20 min in line don’t eat here.

I just passed by the drive thru and ordered 2 six piece happy meals for my kids and I get home to find out they didn’t give me the chicken nuggets just the fries and toy tried to call the location to see what could get done but they would not pick up.
I tend to check my orders before driving off but dozed on it today.

One star compared to other McDonald's
Half a slice of cheese "apparently that's what goes on the fish sandwich" and a quarter pounder that looks like you just smashed 2 regular patties together , should have been charged for a simple double but they lack the ability to be honest with customers

This specific restaurant is awesome I use the restroom every single day in the morning and it is always clean the coffee is wonderful very hot the way I like it thank you guys for your service.

Besides the $1 drinks not sure I really want to visit because their employees are rude, don’t listen and sometimes they rush the food it’s still cold. No customer service skills for managers either. Most of the McDonald’s from here to Florida are going down due to the employees they hire, not knowledgeable about products and got a Big Mac with just meat and bun: that’s not what we ordered.

This location gets busy but they are good at getting us through the drive thru line quickly. Food doesn't taste like it's been sitting there for hours like other McDonald's I have gone to, and staff is nice. No complaints.

I Went to grab some quick breakfast before work
And it took over 40 minutes to get my food
Staff was nice but they are Really understaffed
If you come here be sure to have a lot of free time to wait. Drive thru was super backed up aswell

Me and my husband just left the drive thru and omg the had me waiting for 30 minutes at the speaker . We said “hello” and this girl answer and said “I’m taking another order and you guys are gonna have to wait “ smh . I believe ther was only one person working in the whole place . I really think Mc Donald’s needs to send help to this location since it’s the same situation all the time .. I continue to give this location chances since I live close but hey continue to disappoint me ! 3 cars had to reverse out of the drive way . It so sad and disappointing
