Chipotle Mexican Grill

We were very happy when this Chipotle first opened up in Orangecrest area. 3 stars because not sure what happened the last Sunday we mobile ordered but the food was 15 MINUTES late. Upon arrival in store, no one was in the food ordering line but about 5-6 people were standing around waiting for mobile orders. We could have probably walked up to the counter to get our food faster. Would have probably also received larger portions too as I've noticed portions via mobile order tend to be smaller than ordering at counter, but that's a Chipotle chain-wide issue. In the past, the convenience of picking up a mobile order has outweighed the benefits of slightly larger portions when ordering at the counter.

I am not sure what is going on with Chipotle Mexican Grill. I haven't been there for a while since my bad experience at the Riverside Cental Plazza location so I decided to try the location in OrangeCrest on Van Buren and Troutwine. There was no line so I was able to place my order right away. I ordered 3 chicken bowls to go. I was so shocked when I got back to my home, how little food they provided in each container. We all had to dig through rice and beans looking for small pieces of chicken. They even cut back on the amount of lettuce they put on there. I remember not too long ago they would pile up protein and lettuce for a good healthy portion. Not anymore. I am done with this food chain company.

Once again we were at Chipotle @920pm to be ignored and once attended to we placed our order and then we were told they were basically out of everything. Not only were they rude but this is ridiculous that this specific locations is ran by individuals that clearly don't want to work, lack customer service and management is not on top.
