Mr Taco

My friend and I ordered different items and the cashier repeated our orders to us correctly, yet once we got our food we realized that the cashier had put down that both of us had ordered the same thing. I was upset that I would not be able to try the tacos de tripa which I had ordered. Instead both of us got tacos de birria and quesabirrias. Both of us took note that the tacos de birria were more tortilla than meat (in other words the amount of meat was poor). Tortillas were doradas but the taste of them was off and didn't combine well with the birria. The tiny cup of consome we were given was good. If you're someone who likes really spicy salsa the spicy option they have (which my friend and I requested) was more mild than spicy, I recommend to ask if they have anything spicier than that or bring your own salsa. Overall, I think this place is overrated and If you know what good tacos de birria taste like (especially ones from Mexico) don't come here. The tacos de birria and quesabirrias are not worth the price. We also came during a time of the day during which there were relatively few customers.

Great place for a big breakfast burrito. I got mine without potatoes and it was still huge. Pay parking downtown, so thats a little irritating because of all the courthouse business, but if you are in the area for jury duty, this is the place to go on your break. They have outdoor seating thats covered.

Pretty fast service, great tasting food. Loved the crunchy chicken taco, one of my favorites for sure! The fried jalapenos are a great addition with seasoning. I will definitely be back here to have more of the hard shell chicken tacos and probably try the beef as well. Only took about 8-10 minutes at most to get our order for 3 people. The salsa was great as well.

Not very friendly lady cashier, ordered two tacos and a soda. I forgot to mention i did not want onion, approached the window to let her know i did not want onion and her response was "you need to go to the other window and tell them". Maybe its just me but if i was the cashier i would have been more courteous and told the cook, by the way the cook was much more nicer and attentive. This was early in the morning so it wasn't crowded. The food was good, the meat had really good flavor. Don't forget to put a smile in your face if you are in front of a restaurant register.
