The store is very dirty and the manager said it's dirty because they are under staffed. I feel that is no excuse, especially when covid is rising again.. I highly recommend going to a different location.

Ordered big Mac meal with large coke. Also added shamrock shake. (For dessert) Cashier substituted coke for shake. I caught it when I paid. Then as I got to the pickup window, there was a problem. I don't know what. But it took another 5 minutes to get my order. By the time I got to the shake it was melted.

I understand that McDonald's is always backed up with traffic but they need to wait until customers get closer to the speaker and maybe they could hear the customers better.

This and other McDonald stores in the region are horribly dirty, both as you peek through the drivethrough window and the sliding window. For gods sake clean these windows and live up to the McDonalds name.
Also, the staff borders on rude. No "thank you" nor a response to when you say "*hi" or "hello"..but a cold "can i help you?"as if it is a favor you are asking them..

I went through the drive through to order dinner. The two big Mac and nuggets family dinner. Special ordered the big macs with no pickles. My order came out exactly how I specified it. There were plenty of napkins, ketchup and dipping sauces in the bag. Besides one ordering screen was down it was very plesent.

This is one of the poorest service and quality McDonald's in the city. They actually messed up the fries and the regular burgers... wow! Their customer service was poor too. This store is in a very busy location there's no reason for their poor performance, it wasn't even busy when I was there. It Mc sucked.

Poor service, bad McDonald's. Touchscreen ordering system broken with no out of order signs, extremely slow, dirty, cooks with mask not coving mouths, and manager knew they were advertising Zero Sugar Lemonade but sell you "light" Lemonade with sugar.

5+ minutes line just to ordered.
2 happy meals it took them 20 minutes to give me my order which didn't even have the toys they say it comes with on t.v
Might as well call it a sad meal
Ask for ketchup got spicy buffalo/ ranch
Around 30 minutes wasted big disappointment..
