I love this dunkin! I come in for the specials and the friendly staff. All the ladies do a great job. It is a very busy dunkin and a hard job so I give them credit. Nicole usually serves me and she’s the best! Super friendly and fast. It seems like she actually cares about her job! Give that girl a raise!

Tried using the app to pay. I have money on it but only allows you to use bonus point scan. Had to pay with my bank card. Has anyone else had issues paying with the app?

The App messed up on my order, some how it canceled. So I had to reorder it inside. Everything was good after that.

The staff were polite and proficient. The Chai tea was delicious as well as the jelly doughnut ( very fresh). The floor was dirty and what was clean looked like there was no care to make it look clean.

Only half my order was ready, waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were waiting, literally got our drunks that we ordered while standing there before our donuts were ready, and our first half of our order was not in the mobile pickup area.

I stop in every work morning to get an iced coffee and bagel or 99 cent special. Sue is always on it by the time I get to the counter. She is faster than any two people combined and has a great personality. She is an asset to the business. Go Sue!!!!

Love this place, even after not having stopped in for well over a year, my order was still remembered and prepared just the way I liked it without having to say a word. Only downside is no drive thru.
