Very sweet, but they also have a great nutty flavored black coffee if that’s what you prefer. It’s. Dunkin, what else can I say for a franchise?
P.S. looks a lot nicer with the renovations. Plus they have Baskin Ice Cream. Great selections.

Coffee is great but help a little less to be desired. Very slow service with 5 people behind counter but faster service when there was 2. Very strange.

The only thing I can say is that I did place an mobile order and they let someone else take it. She was not going to remake my order but I told her I didn't ask for anyone else to pick it up. I think on the app they should have a comment section so you can give special instructions.

Giving this place 5 stars only because of their employee Tyrik...not sure how to spell his name. He was working in the ice cream section just now. There was a customer who wanted to wash his hands and an employee pointed where the bathroom was. He said it was locked and if he needed a key but the employee said if its locked its because someone is in it.
While the other employees would have had me and another just standing there waiting to wash our hands in bathroo. Tyrik actually stopped what he was doing and helped us. He even cleaned up the bathroom before i entered. Thank you Tyrik. Great job hiring this young gentleman who also was super polite and well mannered. Great worker!

Enjoyed a classic large cappuccino I noticed all the donuts were fresh & eye popping so I got a specialty donut & Yum. I wish that all D@D had more charge ports for computers & smart phones . Business would really increase because not everyone likes Starbucks .

Always a nice experience. Infact in the morning before going to work, I look forward to getting my coffee and seeing All the smiles and friendly staff that work here in Riverhead Dunkin Donuts.
What's nice is that no matter what time of day, I stop in for coffee and or food, I am always greeted with a smile and courteous manner. Many times it's only the young people working and they do a great job.
I also use the On the Go app and my food and coffee are waiting for me.
Moses has a great staff put together!
