This is by far the worst place of business to handle any food! And with this you have the worst customer service in the world! How does one get mad at me because I don’t want to eat eggs that bend but don’t break? Then have the audacity to tell me their food is made fresh!!! All food is made fresh, doesn’t mean you gave it to me freshly made! The health department needs to know about this! I’m sharing these pictures everywhere! This is nasty in every way possible! I’m more than sure they serve better food at a shelter! And for the record, I only chose one star because I couldn’t choose a negative ten!

If I could put negative stars I would ! I am from North Carolina and this was the worst fast food experience ever. We approached the window with 3 orders and was instantly asked to hold and then remained on hold for 20 minutes …no exaggeration ! We said hello several times as was never acknowledged so we pulled forward. Pulled forward and instantly the car behind us got asked to place their order. When we got to the window the lady at the window asked us why we pulled forward and we explained the situation and she told us that the reason why we was not answered was because she took the headset off !!! That She couldn’t talk to people at the window and on the intercom at the same time . ( I’ve worked fast food before and it’s nothing to quickly acknowledge the customer on the other end ). They then refused to take our order and argued with us . We asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come to the window and instead had the lady in the window running orders outside to cars behind us. Customer service was terrible !!! Never go here !!

I don’t know of any words that will truly and adequately describe the awful encounter I experienced while patronizing this location. There was no professionalism, customer service, or courtesy displayed by the employees this morning. I ordered 2 bowls of grits, one with shredded cheese and 4 side orders of bacon. In the bag, the separate order of plain grits was packaged separately and the cheese grits were put in a tray with the bacon, however, the cheese grits were topped with eggs. The bag was handed to me sideways by the staff member and neither containers in the bag were closed, therefore, the bag was filled with hot grits that spilled out. I nicely asked for my order to be corrected, since I do not eat eggs, have an allergy to eggs, and frankly did not order eggs. The eggs were also on top of the bacon, but I just asked for a bowl of cheese grits instead of asking for everything else to be made over (could give the eggs and grits to my daughter my daughter). I was given a bowl of plain grits instead of cheese grits and one of the staff members had the unmitigated gall to close the drive through window on me after I asked for my order to be corrected via a refund since my order was not correct after my attempts at a compromise of just a bowl of cheese grits. I waited about 3-5 minutes for someone to come back to the window while the employee who closed the window on me stood at the register pretending to ignore me while saying vulgarities about me to the other staff….as if I was in the wrong. It took a great deal of restraint on my part to drive away after one staff member told me I should receive a refund in 24 hours but there’s no proof he could provide me of a refund and said that I should come back tomorrow if I don’t receive the refund. I’m upset and this is unacceptable.

I have had several bad experiences at this location but yesterday on my way to work was the worst. Because of my bad experiences here I don't care to to stop here but I enjoy Krystal food when it's done right, so I decidedto give e it another try. Sadly today's visit was the usual and will not return EVER. Customer service training is truly needed her, also some deep cleaning. If the health department paid you guys a surprise visit they would shut this place down. Their was even an employee working w/o gloves with long pink nails 💅.....

They mess up ur whole order. So i decided to try this particular restaurant again because of the reply i got from the restaurant after posting. Update. Smh same oh same oh restaurant. They messed my order up again. Hard biscuit dry sausage. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, she repeated it and still i recieved something else. I was charged for the sausage egg and cheese. But was given a sausage biscuit. They also rush you to get off their timer like they got everything in your order correct so we need to move.

So I pull up to the speaker to place my order and the girl spoke but it was not clear as the headset was going in and out. So I waited 5 mins or more and I said hello a few times. So I pull around to the window and the girl I had to change out the drawer. Ok not a problem. So when she finally opened the window she asked if I'm placing an order and I said yes. She said I have to drive back around and get back in line because that's what they have a speaker for. Rude and disrespectful. She said she told me wait a minute. But there was another car that pulled off that she told that too. I didn't fuss or cuss because that's not my style. So I came here to voice it.

Normally, I like this Krystal, but not today. I arrived at 10:35. Evidently it was food change time from breakfast to lunch. Only selected food items were available without a wait. 8-10 minute wait for a burger because the grill was not on. I was disappointed with this visit and left without ordering. Moved on to another spot.
