Cook Out

Service was absolutely terrible, line was literally wrapped around the building(which is expected its cookout after all) however my order was incorrect twice. I would never visit this establishment again and I wouldn't recommend you visit either!!!! How do you make a M&M milkshake with no m&m's???? Just carelessness. If food Service is not for you then just say that. Its plenty of jobs hiring right now offering bonuses but don't screw up people's orders because you don't take your job seriously 😒

This evening, when I placed my order, I told them I had a wheat allergy. I asked them not to place the burgers on bread/a bun. I said this twice at the speaker box, once at the window to the cashier and once to the manager (who for some reason came to the window to ask me if I was sick - I explained to him that I had a wheat allergy). When I arrived home, I found remnants of bread stuck to the underside of both burger patties. What I asked for was simple. Had I been told that they made a mistake and needed more time to remake the order, I would have waited. I was not rude. I’ve never had an issue with other Cook-Out sites. I was told to return to the restaurant for a refund tomorrow. Once I obtain my refund, I will not return to this particular. I don’t want to imagine what other games they could be playing in the kitchen with my food.

Experienced an extremely nasty young lady at drive through. This young lady had long dreads and was African American. Transferred money to my card and unfortunately took 2 minutes to transfer over. (Was not at the window for more than 2 minutes) This young lady rang my card and after it declining twice rudely snapped on me, telling me to get out of her line and motioning with her hand to move. I’ve come to this location numerous times and have never experienced such rudeness. Definitely lost a customer.

Saw alot of cars lined up At the drive through so I got in-line. waited for a long time To order. I got to the window to pay For my food the lady did not greet me she just took my payment once I received my food the lady did not say thank you she just handed me my bag saying “here you go” i was very disappointed in the food quality .. it had a awful taste .. it looked like it had been sitting for a long time plus they were very stingy on the product I would never returned ever again.
