I ordered 2 meals and received this unfresh order of coleslaw. Not to mention their wait time in drive-thru is terrible, they always never have enough chicken cooked& prepared.

Placed an online order and still had to wait for more than 30 minutes after I arrived. The manager means well but her staff needs a lot of patience to work with her and they showed great respect and restraint! My order wasn't ready so my chicken wasn't fresh. And Please tell them to keep their mask 😷 over their nose and mouth 👄

Good food, if they drop my grilled chicken fresh. Last time I went, asked the guy for 12 grilled legs dropped fresh. He assured me they had just come up. I got home to find there was only 3 legs. If its something I specifically ask for, you should maybe try to make it at least half of what you give me.

Drive thru service, just keeps getting it wrong; ordered 2 piece grilled with sweet tea; well you know they gave me 2 piece original; today 2 piece grilled & sweet tea, well...2 piece grilled and coke/pepsi, no sweet tea and I don't drink sodas... get it together🤔😡

The chicken has not been good the last 2 times I was at this location. The chicken taste like it was from the previous day and they dropped it back in the grease. I don't think I'll be going back to THIS location. I will try other locations because I love "ORIGINAL RECIPE."

Buyer beware!!! Check your food before you pull off my food was all wrong and it looked as if someone ate off of the chicken. They DO NOT answer the phone I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general’s office. Absolutely worse service EVER!!!

I order through the drive thru i asked a question about hot wings could i please get them dropped fresh I'll wait it wasn't passed 9 p.m the manager said they just came up so i asked again when i got to the window her attitude she lied they was dried as a bean sitting in the sun with no water!!!! I didn't get her name but light skinned with individuals I'm not pleased at all like really i was willing to wait
