Krispy Kreme

I made online order. It says it would be ready by 10:10 I arrive at 10:15 and my order was not ready. So I had to wait finally ended up getting my donuts at 10:38 and did not get what I ordered I received 1 dozen glazed and did not receive the other mixed dozen correct. It was supposed to be 6 caramel Twix filled doughnut and 6 caramel cookie original filled. But As shown in picture you can see I did not receive that. Every time I go to this location there is always an issue with my order. This is my last time coming here. Don’t waste your time. I would suggest if You go here just walk in and order your donuts. Thats the only way you might receive quick service. After I arrived they continue to take care of guest walking in telling me they would eventually get my order. I did receive a hot chocolate for my wait

Krispy Kreme has got some real good donuts I have to say that much. And I like the fact that every restaurant is also a donut factory. I hate to eat donuts that are trucked in from other locations. And if you look at the pictures you see employees huddled up in this location they're about nine people in line one person acting as cashier and taking orders. Whoever was the shift manager this particular day he or she failed the customers this particular day. And they did not even attempt to step up and help with the customers they're waiting in line. Just as well as this company values its time I value my time as well. Customer service should be at the top of importance to any company.

Not sure what is happening lately, but we waited 30 minutes for a dozen donuts from the drive thru, but never made it to the window. Speed has definitely not been a priority the past several times we visited, but today was really slow. Hope they get back to the usual level of service we have come to expect over the years.

When the hours online and the sign on the door both say that the drive thru is 24 hours, please actually be there. We drove 20 minutes out of our way on the route home to come by, very disappointed. I understand if it's a single employee who has to take a break every now and then, but we circled the building twice with no sign of life.
