SIMPLE TASK OF MAKING THE NUMBER 5 WAS F- UP THEN THEY OFFER A REFUND ON 1 DOZEN THEY CHARGED ME $32 DOLLARS AND REFUNDED $12 LAST TIME I CHECKED HALF THE COST SHOULD HAVE BEEN $16 SO NOT ONLY DO THEY F- UP ON THE DONUTS THEN THEY ALSO F- UP ON MY REFUND SMH POOR SERVICE DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN BUNCH OF CROOKS !!!!! SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME THE ENTIRE AMOUNT INSTEAD THEY RIP ME OFF

The employees know their customers. They start pouring your coffee, knowing what size you order, as you are getting out of the car. This location, is extremely spotless. The person in charge of keeping it clean, is constantly cleaning the floor, wiping the windows and doors clean, picking up any litter outside and around the building. Not to mention that 99% of the time, the DR coffee is excellent.
