Sonic Drive-in

Usually Sonic is a great place to eat but not here. This specific Sonic had terrible service. We waited for 45 min after pushing the button and the car next to us, who was waiting before us, just got a person to start taking there order. We watched a worker walk by the cars with their cigarette lit and stunk up the whole area, with their headset on, which can make one assume they were the one taking orders. We ended up just leaving on not even trying to eat at this location. Not worth our time and the representation of the facility made me feel like we would never get our food and probably no care would be taken for our food either.

Ordered on the app some milk shakes was told machine is down and would refund the money never did twice before but I tried to give them another chance. It happened a third time. Even called to talk to manager they said they was to busy for me to talk to them. How can you be to busy with only 4-5 cars there. My daughter was there so I told her to come home.

They never answered my call button. Had a friend who also tried to order. Nothing. So we left for los portales Mexican food. Update * they emailed to apologize, made no effort to offer anything or any incentive to return... offered no explanation why they couldn't answer the order button when sonic was open during buisness hours! This location sucks and so do their employees

I HAVE NEVER GIVEN THIS LOCATION A GOOD REVIEW!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.. TRUST ME GO TO COVINGTON TN OR DYERSBURG TN IF YOU WANT A GOOD SONIC EXPERIENCE. NO ONE FROM THIS LOCATION HAS EVER TRIED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT I HAVE CALLED THE NUMBERS. I AM OWED MONEY FOR THE HORRIBLE FOOD I RECEIVED AND THE CHANGE I WAS REFUSED! The place is falling apart! I went yesterday and it's swarming with wasps, they said their system was down and they can Only Take Cash ! What they Were Not Telling their Customers is You Will Not Get Your Loose Change Back! I was told they couldn't find any! I waited as a reviewer 6 minutes for 3 ketchup packets! Seriously?! I Do Not Recommend I did not get what I ordered as an extra! Smh it's terrible

They're pretty cool there, I mean all employees at Ripley location seem to be nice enough. But when I stopped by one night after work and picked up milkshakes for the kids, my husband, mother, and I as well. They were brought out about 10-15 mins later. Time wasn't bad, but the fact that all of them looked like over flowing cups of milk didn't sit well with me. But it was super late so what are ya gonna do? I'll tell you what you can do is go somewhere else, then you might get your shake delivered before you can pour it out easier then a cup of old water (with no regrets). Could just been one of those days tho...who really knows? lol. #fucovid
