Employees actually raced to lock doors and switch off open signage as I was reaching for the handle a full two hours before posted closing times. Claimed they have been closing early for the past month, and still have not posted any notice of any kind (yet there is a holiday schedule taped to the door).

Worst customer service from older woman (who was associated manager or manager tag). No smile, no eagerness, no pride, and was upset when asked for a moment to look at menu. This is the 3rd time in a row she has acted as.such. Not to mention the store wasn't up to par as far as cleanliness either. Didnt pack plates or utensils as requested either. Food was decent..Needless to say, another chicken place will be searched out for my family dining experience. Sad to see this location has fallen off drastically.

I was trying to order a meal for 10. I tried to used their app and after being bumped out of it a 2nd time almost at the end of order, I decided to call I explained my situation and wanted to phone in the order, which totaled $60+. They said they didn't take phone on orders, even though it was the apps problem so I told them I would take my $60 order elsewhere. Not a pleasant experience

I prefer KFC to Churches.. but tonight.. the meal was horrible. The chicken was burnt and extremely greasy... and the meat was really tough. When I order here I end up spending 50-70 dollars a meal.. the Mac and cheese had a solvent/cleaner taste which was also present in the Cole slaw.. im not eating it now.. is that safe to injest??? I'm guessing they didn't properly rinse the equipment they use to prepare with whatever solvent soap they clean with.. My stomach is turning.. No.. im not satisfied.. and for what I just paid? I want my money back.
