My husband and I have enjoyed their breakfast each time we've visited this Village Inn; Bob usually orders the breakfast plate they offer, which is eggs, potatoes, AND 2 large pancakes! He rarely can finish his plate! I always order one of their delicious sandwiches which comes with a small salad. THEN...we select two pieces of pie to take home; we each choose the one we personally like. Their pies are 'out of this world' scrumptious...just like their meals! We would hate to live a lot closer to Village Inn, we'd really overdo! Roz & Bob Wheelock.
Love it!! Have been going for breakfast sense we moved to Rio Rancho. The food is alwsys yummy and hot. The servers are all nice and professional. Our Favorite Waitress is Michelle she will go out of her way to make your dinning experience awesome! I would recommend this restaurant.
Good food Good peolple. I don't know about all the other reviews or if management changed hands since the last review in 2011 but my experience and my friends experience over this last year have been excellent at this location!
The place is clean,runs smoothly and is professional.
They hit the time standards and all staff is aware of any guest needs.
The food is presented well and is not greasy.
I have been in the business all my life and would be proud to work at this location from what i have seen!
Great food especially the pancakes. Usually packed on weekends and as the food is actually cooked on site it can take time to get your food. But it arrives hot and satisfying. For a treat try a slice of pie.
Having breakfast every Friday morning was our weekly thing but that stopped due to the pandemic. So sitting down and enjoying a good breakfast again with familiar faces was comforting.
The host was very nice and quick to get me and my dad a table. She communicated very well when a table was available to other guests. Our waitress was very nice, she was always checking on us. Wish I would have gotten her name. She did awesome job. She was even able to suggest a few items on the menu. Awesome service all around. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend getting a pie for dessert or to take home.
Arrived right after a party of 9 people. We were seated right away, drink order given right away, food order...we were ready to order and before we could blink an eye ....our food order came out. Food tasted wonderful....No complaints here. Erica was a friendly, professional server!!! Love the experience we had here at Village Inn!!!
Went on free Pie Tuesday! So awesome! On top of a delicious VIB breakfast, I got the apple pie with caramel sauce and ice cream. It was so tasty! Definitely doing that again! Best bacon and eggs ever!
Actually it was awesome. I got a chicken fried steak skillet and wife got western omelet w gravy, free pie day on Wednesday, yeaaa. Haven't been there in years and really really glad we chose it! Waitress/ manager females, we're super cool. Wasn't that expensive. Regular atmosphere. Everyone working hard! Clean! Thx ladies for everything.
