I don't understand how they can stay so consistent on messing things up. If you want what you order DO NOT GO HERE. ordered crassant staffers got hashbrowns. Order ice coffee get hot coffee. Nothing is ever cooked correct. They rush you thru the drive thru so quick you don't even order everything that I want. This place is trash. Stay away.

Waited a very long time to place my order today 1/23/2022. There was long line in the drive thru. Employees were focused on serving the drive thru customers. Ordered jelly donut and Boston crème. Not only have the prices increased which I’m sure happened in all dd’s but the donuts are small. Sometimes, but mostly with little filling compared to the amount of cake. Not worth the money. Go elsewhere.

Drive through order taker confirmed he heard the 4th item in my order, yet it was missing from the bag. No clue if we were charged, as we also got no receipt. I wish my friend had checked the bag while we were still on site, as I normally do before leaving. At least the iced coffee didn't upset my stomach, even though it had 2 creams vs 1 requested. And the line wasn't 8 parties deep, like the Oakland Dunkin' mid-afternoon. Grade C-

Okay service. Food is not the best and coffee is a hit or miss. The same goes for the staff. They are always fast however and make sure to get you in an out. And if what you got isn’t how you wanted they are always happy to fix it for you.
