Cochran's

I thought the half rack of ribs was excellent the bar b q sauce was excellent can drink the stuff. The ribs had a good amount of smoke without being over bearing. It's an older style truck stop needs a little more upgrades but the bathroom seemed to have newer toilets which was nice. Would definitely stop here again for a spot to sleep and good Barbq. There is also a waffle house right next door. Didn't have any issues with cashiers but the one who might be a problem might work weekends.

Stopped in here to get some air in my tire. This is a clean store. It's a truck stop so they have a little bit of everything even for the locals! Nice clean restrooms! They have showers also! There is a restaurant inside and they smoke the ribs! They are delicious melt in your mouth!! They make chicken salad too, it is awesome! I believe they smoke the chicken. I will find out and update! Overall A great place. If your coming through Ringgold, Tunnel Hill stop in and try out some ribs!!
